Introduction to KMAT Karnataka 2019:

  • About KMAT Karnataka 2019: KAMT Karnataka is a single unified test for the candidates willing to take admission in professional courses in Karnataka State in the programmes such as MBA, PGDM and MCA.

  • KMAT 2019 Scorecard: Since 2003, Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) exam result is acceptable in more than 169 members of B-School which is located in Karnataka State.

  • KMAT Karnataka Exam Purpose: Purpose of KMAT exam is to check the aptitude of the candidates and skills which is required for the postgraduate programmes. KMAT scorecard is one among many factors to screen candidates and to make an admission decision.

  • Colleges Through KMAT Exam: Through KMAT Karnataka exam, candidates can get admission to the AICTE approved universities and self-financing colleges of Karnataka.

  • Exam Conducting Authority: KMAT Karnataka exam is conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) was established in 2003 and KMAT exam is permitted by Government of Karnataka.

! Eligibility Criteria

KMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

Before filling the KMAT Karnataka 2019 Application Form, candidates need to check the eligibility criteria of KMAT exam.

KMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria for M.B.A Programme:

  • KMAT 2019 MBA Percentage Criteria: To appear for KMAT 2019 exam, candidates need to have minimum 50% aggregate in bachelor’s degree.

  • Percentage Criteria for Reserved Category: Candidates belongs to SC/ST category, they need to have minimum 45%aggregate in there Bachelor’s degree to appear for MBA Programmes.

  • KMAT 2019 Educational Qualification: Candidates need to have minimum 3 years of bachelor’s degree from any affiliated university in the field of Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Science, Engineering or its equivalent.

  • Final Year Candidates: Candidate appearing in final year degree programme can also apply for the KMAT 2019 provided they need to complete their bachelor’s degree before counselling.

KMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria for MCA Programme:

  • KMAT 2019 MCA Percentage Criteria: Candidates need to have minimum 50% aggregate marks in there bachelor’s degree to appear for KMAT 2019 Exam.

  • Percentage Criteria for Reserved Category: Candidates belongs to ST/SC category they need to have minimum 45% aggregate in their graduation.

  • Final Year Candidates: Candidates appearing in final year of their bachelor’s degree programme can also consider as eligible candidates but they need to complete bachelor’s degree before counselling.

  • Mandatory Subject: To apply for MCA programme via KMAT 2019, candidates need to have mathematics as one of the subjects either in 10+2 or in graduation level.

Candidates must have chosen Mathematics as their one of the subject in either in their graduation or 10+2 to be eligible for KMAT Karnataka 2019

! Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern for KMAT Karnataka 2018

  • Exam Mode: KMAT Karnataka 2018 is an offline test in MCQ format.

  • Time Duration: Candidate needs to answer 120 question within a 2 hours time span i.e. 120 minutes is the KMAT 2018 exam duration.

  • Exam Type: The exam is conducted in a pen paper mode to intake students for MBA/ MCA/ PGDM to various B schools in Bangalore and Karnataka. 

  • Level of Exam: Candidate will be given graduate level questions in KMAT 2018. All the question be to have options. KMAT 2018 exam level is moderate.

  • Exam Standard: The main aim of questions asked in KMAT 2018 Exam is to judge the candidates on the basis of their ability to solve problems quickly and correctly.

  • Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, the candidate will be awarded form marks. One marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

! Admit Card

KMAT Karnataka 2019 Admit Card:

  • KMAT 2019 Admit Card: Admit Card will be issued only for those candidates who filled the KMAT Karnataka Application Form successfully.

  • KMAT 2019 Admit Card Date: Admit Card of KMAT Karnataka 2019 will be available to download from 27th July 2019 onwards.

  • KMAT 2019 Login Details: To download the KMAT Karnataka 2019 Admit Card, candidates need to enter the Application number.

  • KMAT 2019 ID Proof: Candidates need to carry their ID proof along with the Admit Card to verify at the exam hall.

  • KMAT 2019 Exams Related Details: Candidates need to read all the instruction related to the exam. Candidates need to carry the Admit Card along with the ID proof at the time of the exam.

Steps to Download KMAT Karnataka 2019 Admit Card:

  • Step-1: Candidates need to visit the official website of KMAT Karnataka 2019.

  • Step-2: Click to the Admit Card download section.

  • Step-3: Candidates need to enter the Application Form Number to download the Admit Card.

  • Step-4: After entering the correct login details, the candidate will be able to view there admit card.

  • Step-5: Candidates need to take the printout of the Admit Card and keep it safe.
