! Introduction

MHT CET 2019- Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted for the applicants who want to get admission in the colleges of the state. It is conducted in the month of May 2019. Applicants can get admission in B.Tech/ B.Pharm/ Pharm.D courses through this test. Applicants have to fulfill basic eligibility criteria to be considered for the exam and thereafter, all the qualifying candidates have to apply for counseling process where they are allotted seats.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.
  • Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed Class XII or its equivalent examination with mathematics and physics as the main subjects along with Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Vocational subjects as an option subject.
  • Appearing candidates can also apply.

MHT CET 2019 Admit Card

  • The admit card will be available online for download in the last week of April, 2019 and will not be sent to the Applicants via post or any other mode.
  • Applicants have to download and get the print out by login with their application no., password, and enter the security key generated by the system to get access of their to admit card.
  • Applicants have to carry their admit card to the examination centre on the examination day and without the admit card will not be permitted to appear in the examination.

  • The Result will be declared online by the Commissioner of State CET Cell tentatively, in the 1st week of June, 2019.
  • A merit list will be prepared on the basis of which qualified Applicants will be selected for admission to various courses of engineering, after the declaration of the result.
  • Applicants must download their result and keep it safe.

MHT CET 2019 Counseling

  • On the basis of the Applicants’ performance in MHT CET 2019, the counselling will be done.
  • The Competent Authority will invite the qualified Applicants for the admission process.
  • Only the Applicants will be allotted seats into engineering courses at different engineering institutes in Maharashtra who successfully verify their documents and eligibility.

Applicants require to submit the necessary documents for verification.

! Important Points

MHT CET 2019 Important Points

  • The exam will be conducted by the Commissioner of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.
  • Candidates have to fulfill all the requirements levied by the authority to be eligible for the examination.
  • The scores secured by the candidates in the entrance test will be taken into account by the participating institutes to grant admission to the engineering courses offered by them.
  • To appear in the examination, candidates have to register, fill up the online application form and submit the application fee.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to write the examination if they don’t carry the admit cards along with them to the examination centre.
  • The admit card will be provided online. Candidates have to download the admit card. No other mode will be available.
  • The examination will be conducted in different cities across the state of Maharashtra.
  • The result will be declared online by the Commissioner of State CET Cell.
  • The exam will consist of two compulsory papers. Candidates will be given 3 hours to complete the paper.
  • Candidates will be called for the counselling and admission process on the basis of the merit list prepared by the competent authority.

! Previous Years Cut Off

MH CET Cut Off 2019


The cut will be published at the time of the centralized allocation process to allocate the entries. The cut list will be published separately for candidates from all over India and candidates from Maharashtra. Candidates who will reach the cut marks will be considered eligible for counseling.
The cut marks will be established in several factors such as the category of the candidate, the level of difficulty of the exam, the availability of seats and the number of candidates that were presented in the entrance examination. The cut will be available a few days before the advice is given.
MH CET 2019 The result will be announced by the board on 0r before June 2019, or sooner. The result will be launched through the online mode. After the result is declared, a list of merits will be prepared separately for all courses.
MH CET 2019 Counseling will be conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. The counseling process will be carried out through the online mode. Candidates will be admitted through CAP (Centralized Admission Process).

Rank-Wise Cut Off


The merit list will be published for all categories in terms of institutions. The cup will be released after each round of seat allocation. The cup will be published in pdf format. The cut may vary by category. Several institutions launch their courts for courses offered in different fields.
The cuts will be published as closing lines with the JEE Main Paper 1 / MH CET score. Candidates who comply with the Cup will be eligible for additional rounds.
