NHB Recruitment 2026–27 Selection Process
1. Application Screening
NHB will examine applications against the prescribed eligibility, qualification and experience conditions.
2. Shortlisting
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted using parameters decided by National Housing Bank.
3. Preliminary Screening / GD
If the number of eligible applicants is high, NHB may conduct preliminary screening followed by Group Discussion for further shortlisting.
4. Interview
Shortlisted candidates will attend interview and must secure the minimum marks prescribed by NHB.
5. Final Merit
